You may upload medical reports (PDF and image files, up to 6 files, maximum 5 MB each) as part of your booking request. By uploading medical reports, you consent to us sharing these with relevant partner hospitals and medical professionals for the purpose of your consultation. You warrant that you have the right to share any medical documents you upload.

5.3 No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to connect you with the best possible medical care, we cannot guarantee specific medical outcomes. All medical decisions and treatments are ultimately between you and your treating medical professionals.

6. Fees and Payment

Initial consultations and enquiries through our website are provided free of charge and without obligation. Any fees for medical services, hospital bookings, or coordination services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before any charges are incurred. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.
